摘要
电力勘测设计过程质量风险控制的关键之处在于将风险控制融入到勘测设计过程当中,抓住关键环节,识别质量风险,并进行控制,降低质量风险发生的概率。为了提高风险控制的有效性,笔者阐述将"基于风险的思维"应用在电力勘测设计过程中,进行勘测设计过程质量控制,介绍从风险识别、成因分析、评定到对可能产生风险的控制措施等。
The key of quality risk control in electric power survey and design is to integrate risk control into survey anddesign grasp critical parts identify and control quality risks so as to reduce the probability of quality risk. In order toimprove the effectiveness of risk control this paper elaborates the application of ?Risk-based Mindset to quality control inelectric power survey and design and introduces risk identification cause analysis evaluation and control measures againstpotential risks.
