数据稳定可靠传输是发电厂远程集控的首要条件,也是集控建设必须要解决的主要问题。笔者结合发电企业实际通信条件以及集控需求进行了集控通信业务需求解决方式的分析,决定采用以广西电力通信专网为主、地方公网通信为辅的方式,并通过实际运行考验,确实保障了集控生产数据的可靠传输。

The stable and reliable data transmission is the prerequisite of remote centralized control in power plant and isalso the main problem to be solved in centralized control construction. Based on the practical communication conditions andthe need of centralized control of power generation enterprises this paper studies the said problem by addressing the main roleof Guangxi electric power communication network and the supplementary role of local communication networks. Reliabletransmission of centralized control data is ensured through practical operation.
