上海临港地区猪源ETEC毒力因子及耐药性调查 被引量:3

摘要 为了解上海市畜源产肠毒素大肠杆菌(Enterotoxigenic E.coli,ETEC)的携带情况和耐药性本底数据,对上海市临港区域内致仔猪腹泻病原进行多重PCR鉴定以及药物敏感试验。结果显示,从上海市临港地区不同猪场240份样品中分离得到3株ETEC,检出率为1.25%。PCR结果表明成功分离到2株ST2型ETEC,1株LT1+ST2型ETEC,且其菌毛基因型均为F18ac。耐药性分析表明,这3株细菌均对羧苄青霉素敏感,对呋喃妥因、左氧氟沙星中度敏感,对庆大霉素、四环素耐药,对氨苄西林、恩诺沙星、多黏菌素B因菌株不同存在差异。结果表明上海市临港地区猪群中确实存在高耐药性ETEC,建议加强对ETEC的监控。 The multiple PCR identification and drug susceptible test were applied in order to investigate the prevalence and drug resistance of enterotoxigenic E.coli (ETEC) in piglets in Lingang, Shanghai. Three ETEC isolates were obtained from 240 samples collected from different pig farms and confrmed as F18ac positive by PCR. Among three ETEC isolates, 2 isolates were determined to be ST2+ and another isolate was LT1+ and ST2+. These three ETEC isolates were tested for resistance to seven antibiotics. As a result, all three isolates were highly susceptible to carbenicillin, moderately susceptible to nitrofurantoin and levofloxacin and resistant to gentamicin and tetracycline. The susceptibility of these isolates varied to ampicillin, enrofoxacin and polymyxin B.
