摘要
为探索治疗奶牛螨虫病疗效好、使用方便、对奶牛应激反应小的药物和剂型,将乙酰氨基阿维菌素制成2种浇泼剂剂型,即配方Ⅰ和配方Ⅱ。在同一个奶牛场将35头自然感染螨虫病的奶牛分为7组,包括配方Ⅰ低剂量组、配方Ⅰ中剂量组、配方Ⅰ高剂量组、配方Ⅱ中剂量组、配方Ⅱ高剂量组、伊维菌素浇泼剂对照组、空白对照组,每组5头奶牛,分别进行用药。在投药前、投药后每隔7 d检查1次,至用药后第9周为止。结果表明,两种配方制成的乙酰氨基阿维菌素浇泼剂对奶牛螨虫病均具有疗效,其疗效依次为配方Ⅰ高剂量组>配方Ⅰ中剂量组>配方Ⅱ中剂量组>配方Ⅱ高剂量组>配方Ⅰ低剂量组,配方Ⅰ高剂量组的疗效与药物对照组的疗效相同。
In order to discover an effective, user-friendly and less irritative drug for treatment of dairy cattle acariasis, two formulas (FI and FII) of eprinomectin were prepared with other skin penetrantes for pour-sprinkling use. Thirty-flve dairy cattle infected with acariasis were equally divided into 7 groups, 5 cattle each. Three test groups were treated with FI doses at 0.05 mg/kg, 0.10 mg/kg and 0.20 mg/kg and two groups were treated with FII doses at 0.10 mg/kg and 0.20 mg/kg, respectively. One group of dairy cattle was treated with the control drug Ivomecfl,Eprinexfl made by Merial Australia Pty Limited. Another group of dairy cattle was used as non-treatment control. All dairy cattles were observed weekly for 9 weeks post treatment. The results showed that all doses of FI and FII were effect in treating dairy cattle acariasis. However, the speed of acariasis cure correlated with the eprinomectin doses. In addition, the FI at dose of 0.20 mg/kg performed similar treatment to the control drug Ivomecfl,Eprinexfl.
