摘要
目的:本实验研究急性400m跑前补充L-肉碱对血乳酸的生成及消除状况,分析L-肉碱对400m跑过程中机体代谢的影响情况以及抗疲劳作用。方法:招募8名普通在校女大学生设计自身前后对照实验,以400m跑为运动方案并记录跑步成绩,对比补充L-肉碱与不补充L-肉碱运动后即刻血乳酸含量生成及运动后5min、15min血乳酸含量。结果:两次400m跑时间无差异;补充L-肉碱400m跑后即刻血乳酸生成量显著低于未补充L-肉碱(P<0.05);运动后5min和15min血乳酸的消除量在补充和未补充L-肉碱之间不具有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:(1)通过补充L-肉碱,400m跑中有氧代谢比例出现有统计价值的升高,降低了糖酵解供能的比例,使得运动后血乳酸生成量出现下降。(2)在400m跑前一次性补充L-肉碱对血乳酸消除速度无明显变化,机体抗疲劳并没有产生直接影响。
Objective: This experimental studied the generation and elimination of blood lactic acid after acute 400-meter race by L-carnitine supplemented.It analyzed the effect of L-carnitine in metabolism of body during 400-meter race.Methods:Eight female students were randomly selected from universities. Self-control was adopted in this experiment.The differences of the blood lactic acid between no L-carnitine supplement and L-carnitine supplement in 400-meter-race were compared among the moment of running off,after running 5minutes and after running 15minutes. Results:There was no differences between twice 400-meter races. It showed that formation amount of blood lactic acid with L-carnitine supplement was lower than no L-carnitine supplement after 400-meter race(P〈0.05).The elimination of blood lactic acid didn’t have statistical significance after exercise 5 minutes and 15 minutes(P〉0.05).Conclusion:1.The proportion of fatty acid metabolism was raised after L-carnitine supplement,which decreased the proportion of glycolosis system.2.The supplement of L-carnitine before acute 400-meter race didn’t have any chance on blood lactic acid or the function of anti-fatigue.
