摘要
基于RomaxCLOUD轴承设计与分析平台,对HMC80高速电主轴所用非标角接触球轴承进行参数优化设计。通过正交试验法设计试验和运用多目标函数的功效系数法对角接触球轴承的内沟曲率半径系数fi、外沟曲率半径系数fe、球数Z、球径Dw进行优化设计,得到优化结果为:Z=26,D_w=12.6 mm,f_i=0.525,f_e=0.520。并对优化后的轴承刚度性能进行了仿真分析,满足要求。
The parameters are designed optimally for non-standard angular contact ball bearings in high-speed motorized spindle HMC80 based on bearing design and analysis platform RomaxCLOUD. The experiment is designed by orthogonal experiment method,the optimal design for inner groove curvature radius coefficient fi,outer groove curvature radius coefficient fe,number of balls Z and ball diameter Dwof angular contact ball bearings is carried out by using multi-objective function efficacy coefficient method. The optimal results are obtained as follows: Z = 26,Dw= 12. 6 mm,fi= 0. 525 and fe= 0. 520. The stiffness performance of optimized bearings are simulated and analyzed,and the requirements are met.
