摘要
为了提高下一代50A模块的效率,对G2 50A的LLC拓朴的同步整流电路进行了研究和分析。文中设计了G2 50A的LLC同步整流电路,并进行了实验调试,实验结果表明,在输出电流10A以上时同步整流电路比肖特基二极管整流电路的效率高0.85%左右;两者效率对比轻载时效率提升比理论值要高,重载时比理论值略低。
The synchronous rectification circuit of LLC topology of 50 A is studied on and analyzed in order to improve the efficiency of next generation 50 A module. The LLC of 50 A synchronous rectification circuit of G2 is designed and experimentally debugged. The experimental results show that the efficiency of the synchronous rectification circuit is about 0. 85 higher than that of the Schottky diode rectifier when the output current is above 10 A. Compared with efficiency,the efficiency is higher than the theoretical value in light load,while the heavy load is only slightly lower than the theory.
