摘要 因实际采集到的二维码图像存在不同程度的条码模糊、畸变等干扰因素,提出了复杂条件下二维码识别技术在工业现场的应用研究与开发。对图像采集、处理以及识别算法进行深入的研究。图像预处理应用多阈值法处理光照不均下的图像二值化,通过几何定位、仿射变化对二维码定位并剪切为定义域,创建二维码检测模板,对采集到的二维码进行在线检测。经多次试验测试,系统具有准确性、实时性与可靠性等特点,在生产质量管理控制中具有广泛的应用前景。 2D code images collected in practice are blurred and distorted in different agree, 2D code recognition technology isstudied for industrial field in complex conditions, and the research is focused on image acquisition, processing and recognitionalgorithms in detail. The following research process is: image preprocessing applies multi-threshold method for image binarizationunder non-uniform background. The 2D code is positioned by geometric positioning and affine transform, and cut into a domain. A2D code template is created for on-line detection of the collected 2D code. After repeated experimental measurement, the system hasthe characteristics such as accuracy, real - time and reliability. It has a extensive application prospect in the quality control ofproduction.
