甘麦大枣汤联合益神颗粒改善失眠症患者证候与睡眠质量的作用分析

Analysis of Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with Yishen granules for improving the quality of patients with symptoms of insomnia and sleep function

目的:分析甘麦大枣汤联合益神颗粒改善失眠症患者睡眠质量及相关证候的作用。方法:选取86例失眠症患者作为本次研究对象,将入选者均分为对照组与研究组,对照组给予甘麦大枣汤治疗,研究组给予甘麦大枣汤联合益神颗粒治疗,治疗1疗程后评估两组临床疗效,同时观察治疗前后患者睡眠质量、证候严重程度的变化情况。结果:对照组总有效率为81.40%,研究组总有效率为90.70%,研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组证候积分与PSQI均无差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组证候积分与PSQI均有改善,组内对比(P<0.05);治疗后研究组证候积分与PSQI优于对照组,组间对比P<0.05。结论:甘麦大枣汤联合益神颗粒治疗失眠症可提高临床疗效,改善患者睡眠质量,降低失眠证候严重程度。

Objective： To analyze the Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with Yishen granules for improvingthe sleep quality of patients with insomnia and related syndromes effect. Methods： 86 cases of insomnia patients as the research object, the patients were divided into control group and study group, the control group was given Gan-mai Dazao decoction treatment, the study group was given Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with Yishen granulestreatment, two groups of clinical curative effect evaluation after a course of treatment,atchange of sleep quality in patients,the severity of the syndrome before and after treatment. Results ： The total effec-tive rate of the control group was 81. 40%,the total effective rate of the study group was 90. 70%,and the clinical efficacy of the study groupwas better than that of the control group（2〈0. 05）. Two groups before trea t ment symp-tom score and PSQI showed no difference（P〉0. 05）; the two groups after treatment symptom scores and PSQI were improved in group P〈0. 05 compared with control group; after treatment of symptom score and ter than P〈0. 05, the comparison between the two groups. Conclusion： Ganmai Dazao decoction combined withYishen granule in the treatment of insomnia can improve the clinical efficacy,improve sleep quaverity of insomnia syndrome,worthy of clinical application.
