低碳情境下制造企业社会责任对创新绩效的影响研究 被引量:16

摘要 随着环境污染和温室效应的加剧,企业履行社会责任越来越受到公众的关注,低碳情境下制造企业社会责任与创新绩效的关系亟待探究。借助结构方程模型和层级回归分析法,以中国制造企业为对象,研究低碳情境下企业声誉在企业社会责任与创新绩效关系间的中介作用以及集群低碳认知的调节作用。结果显示:(1)低碳情境下制造企业社会责任对低碳创新绩效有显著的正向影响;(2)企业声誉在制造企业社会责任和低碳创新绩效之间起到部分中介作用,且网络能力声誉比交易公平声誉的中介效应强;(3)集群低碳认知显著调节制造企业社会责任与低碳创新绩效间的关系,集群低碳认知水平越高,调节作用越显著。研究结果能够为低碳情境下制造企业社会责任披露及创新绩效提升提供有益借鉴。 As environmental pollution and greenhouse effects intensify,the social responsibility fulfillment for corporate has aroused more attentions from the public. In this case,it is imperative to explore the relationship between corporate social responsibility and innovation performance under low-carbon situation. In this paper,taking Chinese manufacturing corporate as objects,the intermediary effect of corporate reputation between corporate social responsibility and innovation performance,and moderating effect of cluster low-carbon cognition are studied by means of structural equation model and hierarchical regression analysis. Results show that: first,social responsibility exerts significantly positive influence on low-carbon innovation performance under such low-carbon situation; second,corporate reputation plays partial intermediary role between them,and meanwhile,the network ability reputation has a stronger intermediary effect than fair trade reputation; third,cluster low-carbon cognition has positive moderating effect on their relationship,which is reflected on that the higher level of cluster low-carbon cognition is,the more obvious moderating effect will be. The results above are referential for the disclosure of corporate social responsibility and improvement of innovation performance in the lowcarbon situation.
