红景天苷干预疾病的实验研究进展

红景天苷是传统中药红景天的重要活性成分之一,它具有多种药理活性,不仅对哮喘、肝硬化、脑卒中和阿尔茨海默病等疾病具有改善作用,而且对肺癌、结直肠癌和肾癌等肿瘤也发挥治疗效用,有望提高癌症患者的生存率。同时,在保存红细胞、提高植皮成功率、预防紫外线损伤、抗登革病毒和促进骨折愈合等方面,红景天苷也发挥着重要作用。目前,红景天苷干预疾病的研究均处于实验研究阶段,其能否成为新的治疗疾病的药物广泛应用于临床仍有待深入研究。

Salidroside is one of the most important effective components of Rhodiola in traditional Chinese medicine.It has a variety of pharmacological activities,which not only can improve the effects of asthma,liver cirrhosis,stroke and Alzheimer's disease and other diseases,but may also play a therapeutic effect on lung cancer,colorectal cancer and renal carcinoma,and is expected to improve the survival rate of cancer patients. Meanwhile,salidroside also plays an important role in the preservation of red blood cells,improving the success rate of skin grafting,preventing ultraviolet injury,resisting dengue virus and promoting fracture healing. At present,the research on salidroside intervention in disease is at the stage of experimental research. Whether it can become a new drug for wide application in clinical still needs further studies.
