摘要
针对软刚臂单点系泊系统中系泊腿万向节结构件的数值计算问题,参考渤海现有软刚臂单点系泊装置资料,分析软刚臂系统系泊腿构件受力特点,提出结合水动力和软刚臂系统多体动力学计算结果,采用顺序耦合分析流程计算系泊腿万向节部件静强度的计算方法。结合计算结果,在满足相关规范要求的条件下,可初步确定系泊腿万向节的尺寸及材料。
For the soft yoke mooring system( SYMS),the numerical calculation method of the mooring leg joint of soft and rigid arm system was studied. Based on the data of the existing soft yoke mooring system in Bohai sea,and the features of the force on the mooring leg of SYMS,a calculation method was proposed for static strength of mooring pawl joint parts with the sequential coupling analysis process on the multi-body dynamics calculation of hydrodynamic and soft-rigid arm system. Under the condition of satisfying the relevant specification,the size and material of the universal joint were preliminarily determined.
