摘要
针对大型拖拽绞车滚筒加工困难且成本高的问题,考虑到筒体内加筋板可以有效降低滚筒的应力和应变,分析滚筒内纵向筋板对滚筒承载能力的影响效果,认为可通过增加纵向筋板来减薄滚筒壁厚,从而降低加工难度和成本。
In view of the difficulty in the processing of large-scale drag winch drums and high cost,the stiffened plate in the drum is effective to reduce the stress and strain of drum. The influence of the longitudinal ribs upon the drum bearing capacity of the drum was analyzed by FEM to optimize the structure of the drum,so as to effectively reduce the difficulty and cost of processing.
