从十九大报告看办好北京冬奥会的使命担当与筹办策略

Analysis of the Historical Mission and Preparation of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games from the Nineteen Major Reports

采用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法,揭示了十九大报告"加快推进体育强国建设""筹办好北京冬奥会"两个时代命题的逻辑关系,分析了北京冬奥会的历史价值,提出了筹办好北京冬奥会的思路和策略。研究表明,筹办好北京冬奥会具有重要的政治价值、经济价值、社会价值和文化价值。而要最大程度地发挥和释放这些历史价值,就要科学筹办好北京冬奥会,坚持在实现"两个一百年"奋斗目标的大格局中谋划,确立和践行以人民为中心的价值导向,推动竞技冰雪和冰雪产业协调发展,借鉴国际经验与加强国际合作,并以此推动我国冰雪运动快速健康发展,为加快建设体育强国提供战略支撑。

This article uses literature research, logical analysis and so on, it reveals the logical relationship between the twoepochs of ＂speeding up the construction of a sports power＂ and ＂preparing a good Beijing Winter Olympic Games＂, proposed by thenineteen major reports, it analyses the historical value of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games, and put forward the idea and strategyto prepare the Beijing Winter Olympic Games. Research shows,to organize the Beijing Winter Olympic Games is of great politicalvalue, economic value, social value and cultural value. To maximize and release these historical values, it is necessary to preparethe Beijing Olympic Games in a scientific way. We should stick to the plan in the great pattern of achieving the goal of the ＂two onehundred years＂, establishing and practicing the value orientation centered on the people, to promote the coordinated development ofcompetitive ice and snow, ice snow and ice and snow industry in the conference, drawing on international experience and strengtheninginternational cooperation, and to promote the rapid and healthy development of the ice and snow movement in China, it providesstrategic support for speeding up the construction of sports power.
