摘要
设计并合成了一种吡唑啉的衍生物,即1-苯基-3-(β-吡啶基)-5-(α-呋喃基)吡唑啉.通过红外光谱、气相色谱和质谱推测目标化合物分子结构与预期相符.测定了目标化合物在乙醇溶液中的荧光激发光谱和发射光谱,发现其最大激发波长为378.4 nm,最大发射波长为488.4 nm.
A derivative of the pyrazoline,which was 1-phenyl-3-( beta pyridyl)-5-( alpha furan) pyrazolin,was designed and synthesized. The molecular structure of the target compound was speculated by IR,GC and MS and is up to our expectation. The fluorescence excitation and emission spectra of target compound in ethanol were measured,and it was found that the maximum excitation wavelength was 378. 4 nm and the maximum emission wavelength was 488. 4 nm.
