摘要
旅游团餐作为一种重要的旅游吸引物,在旅游市场营销中起着重要的作用,对旅游目的地的良性发展有着重要意义.通过对四川省旅游团餐的现状调研,发现存在的问题并做分析,提出了提升其质量的具体途径,包括旅行社进行差异化设计,旅游团餐经营者转变服务意识,旅游行政管理部门加快立法监督以及游客旅游消费行为的转变等.
As a significant part of tourist attraction,tourist group catering plays an important role in tourism marketing,and thus is of great significance for the benign development of the tourist destinations. A status quo survey of the catering industry for tourist groups is conducted and the problems are spotted and analyzed and specific measures for promoting the catering quality are suggested,which include: differentiated design on the part of travel agencies,the transforming of serving ideology on the part of catering service providers,the stepping up of legal supervision and law-making on the part of tourism governing authorities and the transforming of consuming behaviors on the part of tourists.
