论微电影时代戏剧与影视学研究生培养模式转型

On the Transformation of Graduate Education Mode of Drama and Film and Television in the Era of Micro Film

微电影时代的来临,对研究生教育的发展提出了更高的要求。同时,高校扩招导致研究生毕业分流日趋普遍。目前戏剧与影视学研究生培养模式存在培养目标单一、课程设置随意、课堂教学僵化和实践教学缺乏的弊端,已然不能满足需求,需要在人才定位与评价、课程结构、课堂教学与实践教学等方面实施转型,重建新的戏剧与影视学研究生培养模式,以适应微电影时代的需要,服务地方经济社会的发展。

There are higher requirements for the development of graduate education in the era of micro films.At the same time,the expansion of colleges and universities also leads to graduate graduation diversion. At present,drama and film school graduate training mode,its arbitrary classroom teaching and lack of training objectives cannot meet the need of the new era. Transformation in personnel positioning and evaluation,curriculum structure,classroom teaching and practice teaching and other aspects of the reconstruction of drama and the new study mode are greatly needed to adapt to the need of micro film era and serve the local economic and social development services.
