摘要
针对目前国内纸尿裤行业整体自动化水平和信息化水平都较低的状况,构建了数字化企业运营平台。将企业资源计划系统(ERP)、供应链管理系统(SCM)、产品数据管理系统(PDM)、制造执行系统(MES)、产品生命周期管理系统(PLM)和商务智能(BI)等软件应用在纸尿裤的生产实践,从而进一步推动了制造装备、产线、车间、工厂的数字化信息快速流动。在原材料入库、发料、生产、产品入库和出库等流程全自动设计的基础上,提出了智能工厂生态系统的产品、生产制造和经营业务"三个维度"的概念。在三个维度下,充分实现了自动化生产与信息化管理的有效结合。试验结果验证了方案的有效性,表明尿裤工厂的智能化建设可极大提高生产效率,节约人工成本,降低人为操作造成的损失。
In view of the fact that the overall level of automation and information technology in the domestic diaper industryis relatively low, a digital business platform is constructed and enterprise resource planning( ERP ) supply chainmanagement( SCM), product data management( PDM), manufacturing execution system( MES), product lifecycle managementPLM)and business intelligence(BI)software are applied in the diaper production practice, promoting the digital informationnow among manufacturing equipment, production line, workshop and factory. The program covers an automatic process designfor raw materials storage, materials development, production, product warehousing and outbound. The program provides theconcept of three dimensions: product, production and business operations for smart factory ecological system. In the threedimensions, the program fully realizes the effective combination of automatic production and informatization management. The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the scheme, which indicates that the implementation is intelligent construction ofdiaper factories, which can greatly improve production efficiency, save labor costs and reduce losses caused by human operation.
