摘要 本文通过研究SAF2205双相不锈钢的高温塑性,通过Deform软件模拟轧制条件下轧件的温度场变化,优化组织中奥氏体和铁素体相比例,获得良好的性能;同时优化孔型设计,提高SAF2205双相不锈钢钢筋的尺寸精度。确定采用控轧控冷技术生产SAF2205双相不锈钢钢筋产品,最终产品各项性能达到500MPa级钢筋性能指标要求,并且通过某试验工程认定,为我厂首次生产双相不锈钢螺纹钢筋积累了技术优势。 Through researching on the high temperature plasticity of SAE2205 double phase stainless steel, simu-lating the temperature field change of the rolled piece by Deform software, the phase proportion of austenite and ferritein the structure was optimized. Meanwhile, the dimension precision of SAF2205 double phase stainless reinforced barwas improved by optimizing pass design. It was established that SAF2205 double phase stainless reinforced bar pro-duced by technology of control rolling and control cooling had met the requirements of 500 MPa grade reinforced barperformance, and had passed the approval of a test engineering. Technical advantages were accumulated for our compa-ny to produce the double phase stainless steel reinforced bar first time.
