摘要
W6Mo5Cr4V2轧制薄板经修磨后表面存在较为明显的链状缺陷,本文通过光学显微镜、SEM对此类缺陷进行分析并对其形成原因进行探讨,主要原因为轧制过程中压入氧化皮,氧化皮在轧制方向上被拉细拉长所致。
Some obvious chain defects occurred on the surface of ground W6Mo5Cr4V2 rolled sheet. The causesof such defects were analyzed in this paper through optical microscope and SEM. The main reason was that scale waspressed into the surface during rolling process, and the scale was elongated in the direction of rolling.
