低碳高强贝氏体钢板PCQ回火温度对力学性能的影响及焊接分析

摘要 研究了攀钢集团长城特钢生产的低碳贝氏体钢在不同温度下回火处理对钢性能的影响。确定了最佳回火温度为600,为进一步了解钢的性能,又对在600回火处理的成品板材取样,在攀钢研究院进行组织分析,结果取得很好效果,成品完全满足客户要求。 In this paper, the effect of different tempering temperatures on mechanical properties of low carbonbainitic steel made in Changcheng Steel Company, thus the optimum tempering temperature of 600℃ was established.For the purpose of further understanding the properties of this steel, samples were taken on the plate tempered at 600℃and the structures of which was analyzed in Pansteel Research Institute. The results showed that the structure was qual-ified and the finished products met the technical requirements of the customers.
