摘要
将原CaO-SiO_2-CaF_2渣系改进为CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-MgO渣系,通过设计渣系成分、控制合理的渣量、优化LF精炼工艺,提高了LF炉脱硫脱氧去夹杂的能力:Ls从平均59提高到194,脱硫率提高52.69%;钢中T[O]含量从20~40ppm降低到4~15ppm,B类夹杂降低1~2级。提高了LF精炼效率:平均降低精炼时间30min。
The original CaO-SiO_2-CaF_2 slag system is improved to be Ca O-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-Mg O slag system.Through the design of slag composition, reasonable control of slag amount, optimization of the LF refining process, theability of LF furnace for the desulfurization,deoxidation,removing inclusion is improved: Ls is increased from an aver-age of 59 to 194, desulfurization rate is increased by 52.69%; the content of T[O] in steel is decreased from 20~40 ppmto 4~15 ppm, B type inclusions are reduced by 1~ 2 level. The efficiency of refining of LF furnace is improved: the aver-age refining time is reduced by 30 minutes.
