AOD炉一步法冶炼低磷不锈钢工艺研究

摘要 随着市场对不锈钢磷含量要求的增高,传统方法冶炼低磷不锈钢对原材料提出越来越苛刻的要求,既增加冶炼成本,又提高了一次命中的风险。本文提出一种在没有铁水的情况下,通过电弧炉提供高碳低磷半钢,在AOD炉实现一步法冶炼低磷不锈钢,通过理论分析,电弧炉在炉渣和温度方面达到要求,为AOD提供符合要求的高碳低磷半钢,在AOD炉以一步法冶炼低磷不锈钢是可行的。 With the increasingly strict requirement of the market on the phosphorus content in stainless, the re-quirements on raw materials for smelting of low-phosphorus-content stainless steel are more harsh, which not only in-creased smelting cost, but also face the risk of high-content of phosphorus. In this paper, a one-step process is intro-duced to make the said steel. That is: at first make semi-steel of high-carbon and low-phosphorus content by EF with-out molten iron, and then smelt low-phosphorus steel in AOD furnace. According to the theoretical analysis, the slagand temperature in EF could meet the relevant requirements, which could provide qualified semi-steel of high-carbonand low-phosphorus content for the subsequent smelting in AOD. The results show that the above mentioned process isfeasible.
