摘要
经济新常态下,经济降速、产业转型与升级、劳动力结构调整、科技进步、"双创"热潮为贫困生就业带来了新的机遇与挑战。相对非贫困生就业,贫困生就业存在经济社会资本匮乏、就业心理障碍、综合素质不高的劣势;同时,贫困生就业也具有学业好、吃苦耐劳、社会实践多、心态务实等优势。在新常态时期,高校、政府、企业应采用多种手段加大对贫困生就业的帮扶力度,贫困生也应不断自我完善,制定扬长避短的就学和就业策略。
Under the economy New Normal, the economic slowdown, industrial transformation and upgrading, labor structure adjustment, scientific and technology progress and the “ double innovation”have brought new opportunities and challenges to the employment of poor students. Compared withnonpoor students, the employment quality of poor students have the disadvantages of lack of economic and social capital,the employment psychological barriers, the deficiency of the comprehensivequality, but also have the advantages such as good academic performance, hardworking, more socialpractice, pragmatic attitude and so on. In the New Normal period, universities, the government, theenterprise should adopt various means to strengthen assistance for poor students' employment, poorstudents also should constantly improve himself, make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages to improve employment quality.
