摘要
江西省鼓励科技人员"双创"政策出台后,课题组对省内25个省属独立科研院所,共2 500多位科技人员开展了政策执行效果的跟踪调研。呈现了当前科技人员这一特殊群体投入"双创"的基本情况;分析了选择离岗创业、在岗创业以及从事成果转移转化的科技人员的客观特征;并基于深度访谈和问卷数据,剖析了科技人员"双创"差异化选择背后的特性和共性影响因素,进而提出提高科技人员参与"双创"热情的对策建议。
The research group carry out the followup study of policy implementation results to the 25provincial independent research institutes, a total of more than 2 500 scientific and technological personnel, after Jiangxi province enacted “ mass entrepreneurship and innovation”policies. The paperpresents the basic situation of this special group is involved. It also analyzes the objective characteristics of those who choose to Leaving the job to start the own business, starting the own business whileworking, or devoting themselves to transfer their achievements. Through finding the common and differentiating factors based on the depth interviews and questionnaire data, this article try to discussand promote some countermeasures proposal to improve the enthusiasm of scientific and technicalpersonnel for participating in the “ mass entrepreneurship and innovation” .
