摘要
基于能合理反映中间主应力效应的统一强度理论,推导出适用于筒仓侧压力计算的统一侧压力系数,并分别将其应用于深仓和浅仓的侧压力计算中,将理论推导结果与既有试验结果、中国筒仓设计规范(GB50077-2003)、美国筒仓规范(ACI313-97)、欧洲筒仓规范(ISO)(EN1991-4)以及经典的筒仓侧压力计算方法如浅仓的Rankine理论和修正的Coulomb理论进行比较,并对中间主应力参数、储料内摩擦角、储料与仓壁间摩擦系数以及高径比等因素进行了参数分析。结果表明:统一侧压力系数物理意义明确,将其应用于深仓和浅仓的侧压力计算与试验结果吻合良好;筒仓结构设计时,应充分考虑中间主应力、储料内摩擦角以及深仓的高径比对仓壁侧压力的影响,储料与仓壁间摩擦系数对侧压力的影响较小,可不予考虑。
Based on the uniform strength theory with reasonable consideration of intermediate principal stress,a uniform lateral pressure coefficient was deduced and applied to lateral pressure calculation of silos and bunkers respectively. Comparisons were carried out on the theoretical results,test results,values calculated by Chinese silo design specification(GB50077-2003),US silo design specification(ACI313-97),European silo design specification(ISO)(EN1991-4)and the classical methods such as Rankine formula and the modified Coulomb theory. The parameters including intermediate principal stress, friction angle of storage material, friction coefficient between silo and its granular material and height diameter ratio were analyzed. The results show that physical meaning of unified pressure coefficient is clear. And the results calculated with the unified coefficients of storage pressure at silo and bunker are in good agreement with the experimental results. Storage pressure is significantly influenced by intermediate principal stress,internal friction angle and height diameter ratio. And the influence of friction coefficient between silo and its granular material is less.
