摘要
为了提高沥青路面水稳定性,以有机硅树脂和甲基硅酸钠为原料,制备了沥青路面表面用疏水涂层;采用图像法分别测定了涂抹不同配比疏水涂层沥青混合料试块表面与水的接触角,通过吸水率、浸水马歇尔和冻融劈裂试验评价了沥青混合料试样涂抹疏水涂层后水稳定性,使用手工铺砂法和摆氏摩擦系数仪法分析了疏水涂层对沥青路面表面抗滑性的影响。结果表明:涂抹制备的两种疏水涂层试块表面与水的接触角均大于90°,且明显高于未涂抹试块,显示出良好的疏水效果;涂覆两种疏水涂层的沥青混合料试件的吸水率均降低,水稳定性有所改善,但试件表面构造深度和摆值均有一定程度衰减,在实际应用时应综合考虑疏水效果和抗滑性衰减。
In order to improve the water stability of asphalt pavement,the hydrophobic coatings on asphalt pavement surface were prepared with silicone resin and sodium methyl silicate. The image method was used to measure the contact angle between water and surface of the asphalt mixture blocks painted with different proportion of hydrophobic coatings. Water absorption test,Immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test were carried out to evaluate the water stability of the asphalt mixture samples with hydrophobic coatings. Additionally,the effect of hydrophobic coatingon the anti-skid property of asphalt pavement surface was analyzed by sand patch test and pendulum test. The results show that the contact angles between the blocks surface painted with the two types of prepared hydrophobic coatings and water are both larger than 90 ° and obviously higher than those of the controlled samples,which exhibits good hydrophobic effect. The water absorption rates of the asphalt mixture samples coated with the two types of hydrophobic coatings are reduced,and the water stability is improved. Slight decrements of texture depth and pendulum value of specimen surface are observed. Therefore,it is important to balance the hydrophobic effect and skid-resistance decrement when these materials are applied to practical engineering.
