泛媒体环境下网络舆情传播控制的优化研究

Research on Optimization of Dissemination and Control of Internet Public Opinion in the Ubiquitous Media Environment

[目的/意义]旨在优化网络舆情传播控制。[方法/过程]建立消息识别器,以消息真伪指标和文本情感进行消息识别,针对不同分类分别采用SIRS或SIQR模型进行网络舆情传播扩散或控制,并从泛媒体环境出发,引入外舆论场,分析推进率、阻止率对模型效果的影响,综合外舆论场和网络舆论场的相互作用,构建网络舆情传播控制的优化平台。[结果/结论]该平台对不同类型消息采用不同模型控制其传播,充分发挥外舆论场作用,"导""控"结合,有利于网络信息环境的和谐发展。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to optimize the dissemination and control of Internet public opinion. [Method/pro- cess]The paper builds an information recognizer, identifies information by the true-false information index and text sentiment, uses model of SIRS and SIQR to disseminate and control the Internet public opinion based on the classification, and analyzes effects of pro-pelling rate, stop rate on the model by introducing external public opinion field from the ubiquitous media environment, synthesizes ac-count of the interaction of external public opinion field and Internet public opinion field, and builds optimization platform of dissemina-tion and control of the Internet public opinion. [Result/conclusion＂This platform, uses different models to control its dissemination based on the different classification of information, gives full play to the role of external public opinion field, and combines guide and control so as to promote a harmonious development of Internet information environment.
