摘要
[目的/意义]为智慧图书馆可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。[方法/过程]通过对智慧图书馆概念、动态研究的解读和分析,全新设计智慧图书馆的技术构成、功能应用层次,探讨智慧图书馆的服务方式和核心理念等。[结果/结论]在智慧空间、智慧馆员和智慧用户之间找到智慧图书馆的最佳服务策略,注重迎合用户行为模式从侧重服务结果转向侧重服务过程的转变。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for sustainable development of wisdom library. [Method/ process]The paper analyzes and interprets the researches on concept and development of wisdom library, newly designs the technology structure and functional application layers of wisdom library, and discusses service mode and core idea of wisdom library. [Result/ conclusion ＂The optimum service strategy of wisdom library should be found among wisdom space, wisdom librarian and wisdom user, and it should pay attention to matching the changes of user behavior model that the users have valued service processes more than ser-vice results.
