一种高效率智能可调电源设计的研究

摘要 当前较多数控可调电源存在控制精度低、效率低下、稳定性能差等不足。为了得到一种高效率、高精度的可调电源,文章通过利用MCU提出了一种高效率智能可调电源的设计。采用AVR系列的ATmage48型MCU做为电路的核心控制器,并利用ATmage48自带PWM波输出功能对BUCK电路进行调控。同时采用神经网络改进的PID算法做为控制策略,对电压的偏差量进行计算,从而使得ATmage48根据偏差量调整PWM波,对输出电压进行智能快速的调整。 Now many NC adjustable power supply shortage of low control precision, low efficiency, poor stability, in order to get a kind of adjustable power supply with high efficiency and high precision, this paper presents the design of a high efficiency intelligent adjustable power supply by using MCU. The AVR series ATmage48 MCU is used as the core controller of the circuit, and the BUCK circuit is controlled by the PWM wave output function of the ATmage48. At the same time, the neural network improved PID algorithm is used as the control strategy to calculate the deviation of the voltage, so that ATmage48 adjusts the PWM wave according to the deviation, and the output voltage is adjusted intelligently and quickly.
