摘要
采用工艺系统的有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D建立45钢高速切削加工模型,模拟不同切削参数下的切削加工过程。对切削温度随切削速度、进给量、背吃刀量的变化给出分析,得出切削速度对切削温度影响最大,进给量次之,背吃刀量最小的结论,为实际生产加工切削参数的选择提供参考。
A high speed cutting model of 45 steel is established by using finite element analysis software DEFORM-3 D of process system,and the cutting process under different cutting parameters was simulated.Analysis of cutting temperature changes with the cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth,and the cutting speed is the greatest influence on the cutting temperature, feed rate of the cutting depth the least,and it provides reference for the selection of cutting parameters in actual production and processing.
