2301阴极电子铝箔的制备工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 文中开发了一种2301Al合金阴极电子铝箔的生产工艺,设计采用"铸轧-冷轧"法生产了0.04mm厚度的3003Al、2301Al合金箔,观察了3003Al、2301Al合金箔的金相组织,测试了3003Al、2301Al合金箔力学性能及比电容。研究结果表明:首先通过铸轧获得7.5mm铝带坯,然后冷轧10-11道次,每道次变形率为30%-50%,可以成功制备0.04mm厚度2301Al成品箔。未进行二次退火的2301Al成品箔的抗拉强度为188MPa,腐蚀后比电容为641μF/cm^2。在中间道次中进行320℃/20h二次退火,2301Al成品箔表面质量提高,其抗拉强度变为160MPa,腐蚀后比电容变为532μF/cm^2。 0.04 mm thick 3003/2301 Al alloy foils were manufactured by twin-roll-casting and cold-rolling method in order to develop the production process of 2301 Al cathode foil,the microstructure of 3003/2301 Al alloy foils was observed,the mechanical properties and specific capacitance of 3003/2301 Al alloy foils were tested.The results showed that 7.5 mm thick 2301 Al strip could be obtained by twin-roll-casting method,then 0.04 mm thick 2301 Al cathode foil could obtained by a cold-rolling process that 10 to 11 passes rolled in total and with 30% to 50% reduction in pass.The tensile strength and specific capacitance after corrosion of0.04 mm thick 2301 Al foil were respectively 188 MPa,641μF/cm^2.The surface quality of 2301 Al foil was improved after 320℃/20 h annealing,the tensile strength and specific capacitance after corrosion of annealed 0.04 mm thick 2301 Al foil were respectively 160 MPa,532μF/cm^2.
