车轮滚动阻力的测试方法和设备的比较分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了汽车行驶过程中车轮所受到的滚动阻力的力学模型,并指出用实验方法测量车轮滚动阻力的必要性。详细分析了ISO28580-2009标准中规定的测试方法——测力法和测扭矩法的具体原理。最后对比分析两种测量车轮滚动阻力的设备,结果表明:平带试验机在测量原理上相较于单转鼓试验机具有更高的测量准确度。 This paper introduces the mechanical model of the rolling resistance of the wheel in the course of vehicle driving, and points out the necessity of measuring the rolling resistance of the wheel by the experimental method. In this paper, the specific principle of the force measuring method and torque measurement method, which is defned in the ISO28580-2009 standard, is analyzed in detail. Finally, two kinds of equipment for measuring wheel rolling resistance are compared and analyzed. The results show that the fat belt test machine has a higher measurement accuracy compared with the single drum test machine on the principle of measurement.
