摘要 文章基于某SUV车型分析了发动机、液力变矩器的共同工作特性,讨论了二者的共同工作点及其经济性匹配方法。并在此基础上,通过对发动机燃油消耗特性的研究,提出了车辆最佳燃油经济性换挡规律的制定方法。同时,利用Cruise软件搭建了整车经济性分析模型,对整车燃油经济性进行了仿真分析。 In this paper, a sport utility vehicle is analyzed based on the common input and output characteristics of engine and torque converter. The relationship between the input and output characteristics of engine and torque converter is study. The corresponding relationship is put forward between both output. On this basis, a design method of two parameter optimal fuel economy shift strategy is put forward by studying the engine fuel consumption characteristics. At the same time, the vehicle fuel economy simulation model is built by using AVL Cruise software, and the fuel economy of the vehicle is simulated and verified.
