关于变速箱润滑油热平衡的校核计算研究

Research on checking calculation of heat balance of gearbox lubricating oil

汽车在高温季节行驶时会出现变速箱润滑油油温过高故障,尤其是匹配自动变速箱的车辆,从而导致车辆不能正常行驶或顾客抱怨。文章将变速箱和润滑油看做为一个热量传递整体进行建模以及试验对变速箱油温进行校核计算进行研究。

When the automobile runs in the high temperature season, the oil temperature of the gearbox lubricating oil is too high, especially the vehicle matching the automatic gearbox, which causes the vehicle not to run normally or the customers complain. In this paper, the transmission and lubrication oil as a heat transfer of the whole model and the test of the transmission oil temperature check calculation research.
