摘要
汽车防抱死系统气压电磁调节器的检验,主要是根据长期积累的经验,识别关键功能性指标,采用试验台的形式、模拟实车制动,模拟实际车辆的气路连接状态,用试验台主板对台子内部气路进行控制,模拟实际刹车的气流状态,对汽车防抱死系统气压电磁调节器的功能进行检验。此试验台使用后,弥补了汽车防抱死系统气压电磁调节器的检验只能依靠实车测试的空白,减轻了测试人员的压力,同时使产品合格率大幅提升,经过长时间运行,验证效果良好。
