摘要
文章主要描述对象为一款新开发的4700mm轴距的轻型卡车,其操纵稳定性能试验结果显示转向回正性能不满足设计要求,于是对该车型的转向系统进行分析排查,确定影响因素并给出整改方案。整改完成后复测操纵稳定性满足设计要求。
The article mainly describes a newly developed light truck with a wheelbase of 4700mm, its handling stability test results show that the steering reversal does not meet the design requirements. Analyzed and checked the steering system of the truck, we can confirm the influencing factors and provide corrective actions. After the completion of the rectification, we test the handling stability again, the results meet design requirement.
