摘要
随着国家法规对节能环保的进一步要求,汽车轻量化越来越受到各界的广泛关注。文章简要描述了汽车轻量化的重要性和技术发展现状,着重介绍了在汽车轻量化中起重要作用的胶粘剂,如结构胶(环氧胶粘剂和聚氨酯胶粘剂)和新型非结构胶(喷涂型阻尼材料),表明汽车轻量化技术的发展对高性能胶粘剂有着广泛的需求。最后对胶粘剂在汽车轻量化技术中的应用提出了展望。
With the further requirements of energy saving and environmental protection, more and more people put emphasis on the automotive lightweight. We briefly describes the importance of vehicle lightweight and technological development status in this paper. Then the structural adhesives （The Epoxy Adhesive and The Polyurethane Adhesive） and the new nonstructural adhesive （The Liquid Applied Sound Damping） whichare important for automotive lightweight are introduced emphatically , and indicated that there is a wide needs of the high-performance adhesive for the development of automotive lightweight technology. Lastly, We prospected the application of adhesives in automotive lightweight technology.
