摘要
相比传统的通风栅结构,卡扣式通风栅结构简单、安装方便,有巨大的价格优势,但它的缺点也很明显:耐高温性能差,易发生热变形。文章将从设计/制造两方面对该结构的通风栅进行探讨,明确设计、制造的key point,改善其耐高温性能。
Compared with the traditional COWL TOP,Card button type COWL TOP hasahuge price advantagebecause of it’s simple structure, convenient installation. But its shortcomings are also obvious: High temperature resistant performance is poor, and prone to thermal deformation. This article will discusses this structure 74200 from two aspects of the design/ manufacturing, then clear the design/manufacture of key points, in order to improve its resistance to high temperature performance.
