相比传统的通风栅结构,卡扣式通风栅结构简单、安装方便,有巨大的价格优势,但它的缺点也很明显:耐高温性能差,易发生热变形。文章将从设计/制造两方面对该结构的通风栅进行探讨,明确设计、制造的key point,改善其耐高温性能。

Compared with the traditional COWL TOP,Card button type COWL TOP hasahuge price advantagebecause of it’s simple structure, convenient installation. But its shortcomings are also obvious： High temperature resistant performance is poor, and prone to thermal deformation. This article will discusses this structure 74200 from two aspects of the design/ manufacturing, then clear the design/manufacture of key points, in order to improve its resistance to high temperature performance.
