摘要
某选铁尾矿中含钼0.049%,品位较低,其中氧化钼占12.50%,且-0.038mm粒级钼金属占有率达28.69%。本试验在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,对该尾矿通过粗精矿再磨精选,采用一粗、七精、两扫工艺流程,最终获得了钼品位为47.62%、回收率为74.83%的钼精矿,取得了较好的回收指标。
A tailings of ore dressing containing 10% of Mo,but the grade is relatively low.Not only the oxide of molybdenum accounted for 10% of the total,but also molybdenum accounted for 28.69% of the total less than 0.038 millimeter.Based on analysis of techno-mineralogical properties of the tailings of ore dressing,the flotation flow-sheet of regrinding and cleaning,one roughing and seven cleaning and one scavenging was adopted.The index can be obtained with molybdenum concentrate grade of 47.62%and recovery rate of 74.83%.
