摘要
针对辽宁某高硅低品位菱镁矿,进行反浮选脱硅工艺研究。确定了一次粗选、一次精选的工艺流程及磨矿细度-0.074mm占80%、盐酸调整矿浆pH值为5.5、水玻璃抑制菱镁矿、新型捕收剂Mmm-10捕收含硅矿物的工艺条件。试验获得含MgO品位46.02%,MgO回收率78.36%的菱镁矿精矿,精矿中含SiO2品位0.275%,SiO2脱除率94.25%。
Based on the properties of a low-grade magnesite with high silicate from Liaoning province,processing technology of silicate removal by reverse flotation has been studied.The flotation flowsheet of single-stage roughing and single-stage cleaning has been determined.The conditions were obtained as follows;the grinding fineness of-74μm accouting for 80%,hydrochloric acid as modifier(pH 5.5),sodium silicate as depressor,and combination collecting agent Mmm-10 as the desilication collector.Magnesite concentrate with MgO grade of 46.02%,recovery rate 78.36% and SiO_2 grade of 0.275% were obtained and SiO_2 removal reached 94.25%.
