摘要
为了回收某蚀变岩矿体金矿中的金,在不同磨矿条件下进行了尼尔森选矿机选矿试验研究。根据该矿体中金矿物的赋存状态、嵌布特性及现场工艺条件,针对现场生产中浮选尾矿金损失较多现象,采用两段磨矿后尼尔森重选,重选尾矿浮选的联合选矿工艺,在离心强度为60G,给矿速度为1kg/min,反向冲洗水压为0.035 MPa,流态化水量为3kg/min的条件下,可有效回收+20μm粒级的金矿物,重选回收率可达33.85%,金的选矿回收率达到95.03%。
In order to recycle gold resources from a deposit type gold ore,the dressing tests using Knelson concentrator are conducted under the condition of different grinding.Based on the results of process mineralogy,the occurrence state of gold and disseminated features are analyzed.Combined with the production situation of serious loss in the gold tailings in the whole floatation process,the process of gravity-floation joint technology mainly on Knelson concentrator is put after two pieces grinding.The result show that Knelson concentrator could effective recycle+20μm coarse free gold mineral when the gravity value is 60 G,feeding speed is 1 kg/min,counter flush pressure is 0.035 MPa and fluidzed feeding volume is 3 kg/min.The optimum condition were established by adopting the gravity-floatation joint technology,and the gold concentrate,with the gravity recovery and total recovery of 33.85%and 95.03%,was obtained eventually.
