摘要
有色金属冶炼流程是制造业生产运作与管理的重要研究内容,对学生的实践水平要求较高。本文阐述了有色金属冶炼仿真大学实验室的特点,对当前有色金属冶炼流程仿真的教学状况进行了分析,强调了建设仿真大学实验室的重要性。基于此,重点从实验室构成、仿真软件的配置及有色金属冶炼模拟方式三方面入手,探讨了实验室的建设方法,以期能够为各高校提供参考。
The non-ferrous metal smelting process is an important research content in the operation and management of manufacturing industry.It requires a high level of students' practice.This paper expounds the characteristics of non-ferrous metal smelting simulation university laboratory,analyzes the teaching status of current nonferrous metal smelting process simulation,and emphasizes the importance of building simulation laboratory.Based on this,we focus on the three aspects of laboratory configuration,configuration of simulation software and non-ferrous metal smelting simulation,and discuss the construction methods of the laboratory,with a view to providing references for colleges and universities.
