QC小组活动是促进企业质量管理改进、提升的手段之一,本文结合某有色企业开展的QC小组活动,通过阐述QC小组概论和该企业实施QC小组活动的事例,为其他企业如何开展QC小组活动,促进不断完善企业质量管理、降低质量成本、提高员工素质和经济效益,提供借鉴和帮助。

The activity of QC group is one of the ways to promote the improvement and promotion of the company quality management.Combined with some examples of QC group activities carried out in a non-ferrous enterprise,the concept of QC group and the introduction of QC group activity have been expounded in this paper.These QC group activities can offer reference and help for other companies to promote continuous improvement for quality management,reduce quality cost,improve the staff quality and economic benefits.
