《智能船舶规范》下的机舱智能化探究 被引量:14

摘要 船舶智能化作为船舶设计领域技术变革的中坚力量,将使船舶设计从理念到方法发生质的改变。机舱堪称船舶的"心脏",船舶自动化的推进和发展在很大程度上体现在机舱的自动化程度上,各船级社规范中,也对机舱自动化有着详细的规定和要求。文章在介绍CCS《智能船舶规范》的基础上,对比智能船舶与无人机舱在自动化系统设计上存在的区别,并对机舱智能化的设计思路和智能机舱自动化系统的构建进行探究。 The intelligence of ship, as the backbone of the technological revolution in the ship design field, is making qualitative change of the ship design from the concept to the method. An engine room can be called as the heart of the ship. The advancement and development of ship automation greatly depend on the level of the engine room automation. There are detailed regulations and requirements for the engine room automation in the regulations of the various classification societies. The differences between the intelligent ship and the unmanned ship in the design of the automation system are compared based on CCS “Rules for Intelligent Ships”; the design ideas of intelligent engine room and the establishment of the intelligent engine room automation system are also explored.
