基于合理使用的图书馆文献传递服务规范化探析

通过论述合理使用制度实践于图书馆文献传递服务的理论基础,提出从复制责任、合理使用判断标准、复制数量、复制费用、复制件保存及传播几个方面完善文献传递服务规范,同时将合理使用制度有效融入规范条例的制定,以推动图书馆文献传递服务的可持续发展,进一步促进图书馆文献资源共享公益性服务。

This paper discusses the theoretical basis of the practice of fair use system in the library document delivery service and then puts forward improving the document delivery service specification from copy responsibility,fair use of the criteria,copy number,copy costs,preservation and dissemination. At the same time,integrates the fair use system into the formulation of regulations to promote the long-term development of library document delivery service and further promote the public service of library document resources sharing.
