从大中型城市公共图书馆配套设施不足、规章管理制度不完善、管理执行力度有待加强、读者心理效应的影响等几方面深入分析占座现象的成因,简要阐述占座现象的后果,并围绕广州图书馆空间功能布局优化、阅览座位管理制度制定和实施、加强读者服务工作管理、引导读者自觉遵守规章制度和社会公德意识等几方面详细介绍占座行为的有效解决方法。

This article deeply analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of occupying a seat from several aspects,that large and medium-sized city public library is lack of the supporting facilities,rules and regulations are imperfect,management rules and enforcement need to be strengthened,the influence of readers' psychological effects,briefly elaborates the consequences of the phenomenon of occupying a seat and detailedly introduces the effective solutions of the phenomenon of occupying a seat around the Guangzhou Library from space function layout's optimization,making and carrying out the reading seat management system and strengthening the management of readers service,guiding readers to consciously abide by the rules and regulations and social morality consciousness and other aspects.
