64排螺旋CT冠脉成像在冠心病诊断中的应用

Application of 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

目的分析64排螺旋CT冠脉成像在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法 64例冠心病患者,均接受64排螺旋CT冠脉成像和冠状动脉造影检查,分析检查结果。结果两种检查方法检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。64例患者对64排螺旋CT冠脉成像检查法的满意度为98.4%(63/64),对冠状动脉造影检查法的满意度为85.9%(55/64),比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 64排螺旋CT冠脉成像能精准检查出病变,患者满意度高,利于患者及早接受治疗,可推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application value of 64 - slice spiral CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 64 patients with coronary heart disease all received 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and coronary arteriongraphy. And their detection results was analyzed. Results Both methods had no statistically significant difference in detection rate （P〉0.05）. In 64 patients, the satisfaction of 64 - slice spiral CT coronary angiography was 98.4% （63/64）, and the satisfaction of coronary arteriongraphy was 85.9% （55/64）. Their difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion 64 - slice spiral CT coronary angiography can accurately detect the disease with high satisfaction of patients, and it is good for patients to receive early treatment. It can be popularized and applied.
