膝关节镜在创伤性膝关节滑膜炎治疗中的应用分析

Analysis of knee arthroscopy applied in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint

目的探讨创伤性膝关节滑膜炎应用膝关节镜的临床疗效。方法 92例创伤性膝关节滑膜炎患者,将其以奇偶数字分组原理分为A组与B组,每组46例。A组采用膝关节镜治疗方案,B组采用常规非手术治疗方案。综合分析两组的治疗效果,并对其进行比较。结果 A组患者临床治疗总有效率为95.65%,明显高于B组的71.74%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于常规非手术治疗,将膝关节镜作为创伤性膝关节滑膜炎的首选治疗方法 ,可显著提升患者的临床疗效,促进病情康复。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of knee arthroscopy applied in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint. Methods A total of 92 patients with traumatic synovitis of knee joint were divided by odd and even number grouping method into group A and group B, with 46 cases in each group. Group A was treated with knee arthroscopy regimen, and group B was treated with conventional non-surgery regimen. The treatment effect in two groups was comprehensively analyze and compared. Results Group A had obviously higher total effective rate of clinical treatment as 95.65% than 71.74% in group B, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with conventional non-surgery therapy, knee arthroscopy as the first choice for the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint, can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of the patients and promote the recovery of the disease.
