腹腔镜下开窗引流术治疗肝囊肿的临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of laparoscopic open-window drainage in the treatment of hepatic cysts

目的分析腹腔镜下开窗引流术在肝囊肿患者治疗中的应用价值。方法 76例肝囊肿患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各38例。观察组采用腹腔镜下开窗引流术治疗,对照组采用常用开腹开窗术治疗,对比两组患者术中及术后恢复情况。结果观察组手术时间、出血量、术后活动恢复时间、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)疼痛评分及住院天数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为2.63%,低于对照组的15.79%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.9337,P<0.05)。结论肝囊肿患者采用腹腔镜下开窗引流术治疗,手术效果好且安全性高,临床推广价值高。

Objective To analyze the application value of laparoscopic open-window drainage in the treatment of hepatic cysts. Methods A total of 76 hepatic cysts patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic open-window drainage, and the control group was treated with open fenestration. Comparison were made on intraoperative and postoperative recovery condition between the two groups. Results The observation group had better operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative recovery time, visual analogue scale （VAS） score and hospitalization time than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The observation group had lower incidence of postoperative complications as 2.63% than 15.79% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （χ2=3.9337, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of open-window drainage for hepatic cysts patients shows good surgical effect and high safety, and it contains high clinical promotion value.
